Your group arrives at The Beacon Resort around 11:30 AM, in time to enjoy a complete luncheon at Dad’s Restaurant. After lunch, relax by one of our indoor pools, joins us for Horse Racing (with FREE prizes!!)
Before dinner there will be a Cocktail Party, complete with complimentary hors d’oeuvres and special drink prices. Dinner will be served in Dad’s Restaurant with a complimentary glass of wine and a choice of one of the following delicious entrees superbly prepared by our fine Chefs:
Filet Mignon * Prime Rib au Jus * Poached Salmon * Veal Parmesan * Baked Stuffed Shrimp * Eggplant Parmesan * Chicken Oscar * Lobster Casserole ***Plus other Surprise Lobster Entrees!!
Following dinner, there will be live entertainment in Dad’s Nightclub
Second Day
A full delicious breakfast will be served in Dad’s Restaurant.
Your group will then leave for a side trip with a step-on guide for the day with a lunch included.
Tonight, you will enjoy the Beacon Resort’s Famous~ New England Style Lobster bake featuring:
- Homemade Clam Chowder
- Steamed Mussels with Melted Butter (depending on availability)
- CHOICE OF: Boiled Lobster, Lazy man Lobster, Grilled Swordfish or Poached Salmon
- PLUS A FULL BUFFET INCLUDING: Baked Chicken, Prime Rib, Corn on the Cob, Tossed Salad, Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw and Our Famous Dessert Table!!
Following dinner, there will be live entertainment in Dad’s Nightclub
Third Day
A full delicious breakfast will be served in Dad’s Restaurant, and return home to tell your friends and family how much you enjoyed your trip to the Beacon Resort!
