At the Beacon Resort for 40 years the Clermont Family’s goal has been helping personalize wonderful events. We understand the setup of every portion of your event must be perfect for your special event. We ensure this through in-depth coordination and on-site supervision of all activities by our seasoned staff. Please feel free to decorate as you wish in your contracted areas: Place photos on the mantles and add your own personal touches to the function room.
The Beacon Resort provides standard white napkins and tablecloths, as well as all standard service-related items. We will gladly place decorations on tables, light candles, and supervise placement of a cake should you wish to bring one in. All items must be in “ready to use” format if you wish us to decorate: Unwrapped, stickers removed, clean, and assembled. An additional setup fee of $50/hour, with a one hour minimum, will be billed for any additional work or non-standard setup you require. Please understand that you may have access to the banquet area if you wish to place decorations, please coordinate timing of this with us.
